2026 Extreme Festival Media Registration

MSA Bib Number(Required)

If you need access to the circuit for photography, you will need to be registered as a photographer, trainee photographer or camera crew with MSA. Your registration will not be processed without your bib number.

Purpose of Registration(Required)

Give us some details of what you will be doing at the event, eg taking photos for clients, doing social media posts for clients etc. Metion the clients you will be working for in your submission

RPL Licence Upload(Required)

Accepted file types: jpg, pdf, Max. file size: 128 MB.

Upload a copy of your Remote Pilot Licence (JPG or PDF). You will not be able to submit your application without providing a copy of your RPL. Other requirements will be communicated via email.

Media supplied in terms of such a request will only be used for non-commercial promotional use, such as event reporting, club communications, sponsor reporting, or Motorsport South Africa communications.

This expectation is not intended to be a commercial rights grab, nor is it intended to undermine a creator's ability to sell their work.

Any media provided under this clause remain the intellectual property of the creator, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Where media is requested and supplied, such media may not be sold, sublicenced or supplied to third parties without the creator's prior written consent.

The event organiser or venue owner must credit the creator of the media wherever such media is used if practicable.

Should a creator refuse to supply media without reasonable cause, their accreditation at future Extreme Festival events will be reviewed.
